About Stephanie Ashton

Overheard conversations and opening paragraphs of stories have filled Stephanie’s notebooks since she was ten. As a result she likes to think that she’s a connoisseur of good notebooks and pencils.

A former international flight attendant, Stephanie’s books are inspired by favourite destinations (hello Paris, Seoul and New York) and that feeling of coming home.

When she’s not writing, she adds to her baking bucket list, tries new food and discovers destinations closer to home in regional Victoria.

She loves living in Melbourne with her partner and their daughter. Most weekends you’ll see the them bayside drinking coffee, patting other people’s dogs and riding their bikes.
